Return & Refund Policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, the product must be in the same condition as it was when you received it, and it must be in its original packaging. If the product is damaged, dirty, or otherwise in a condition that makes it unsellable, we may not be able to accept the return or exchange. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If you are unable to deliver yourself, we can make the collection at the cost of a £30 shipping fee. Our logistics team will try to arrange a collection by working it into a delivery day for one of our delivery teams. Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 2 days after the delivery day if the item is defective, damaged or if you received an item you did not order, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We will replace it with the correct product free of charge and no fee will be charged associated with returning the damaged or wrong product and sending the correct product to you.
Please provide us with a description of the issue and photos if possible, to expedite the process. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
After 14-Day Period
If you wish to return or exchange a product after the 14-day period has ended, we may still be able to accommodate your request provided the product is not damaged by you. However, please note that a shipping fee of £30 and a re-stocking fee of £30 will apply.
We reserve the right to decline any return or exchange request after the 14-day period, without providing a reason.
If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

No Returns/Exchange for Clearance
Please note that all products listed in the clearance section are sold "as is" and are final sale. We do not accept returns or exchanges for clearance items. All clearance items are sold at a discounted price and may have minor cosmetic defects or signs of wear and tear. Please carefully review the product description and photos before making a purchase. If you have any questions about a clearance item, please contact us before making a purchase. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in this matter.
